Derby Mountain Rescue Team

Alan Winfield is chaplain to the Derby Mountain Rescue Team (DMRT), a role he has undertaken since 2005. He is also Co-ordinator of the Diocesan/ Faith Groups Emergency Plan. To read about Alan's chaplaincy work click on

DMRT is funded entirely funded by public donations and is staffed by volunteers. To maintain the group's activities they hold some fund-raising events.
