Workplace Chaplaincy in Derbyshire has a constitution that was established in August 1999, when the organisation was named Industrial Mission in Derbyshire.

[The version below was created for Industrial Mission in Derbyshire, as WCD was know as until August 2011. In that version, references to IMD have been replaced with WCD, and references to 'Industrial Mission in Derbyshire' have been replaced with 'Workplace Chaplaincy in Derbyshire']
